Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
- All payments must be sent in EUR.
- The sketch will be sent after full payment is made.
- Commissioner can request WIP at any part of the process.
- Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free.
- Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
- Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion.
- Commissioner may not resell the artwork itself or claim to have made it.
- The artist may post the finished artwork.
- The purchase is for digital artwork (not prints).
- No refunds are offered after the commission is ongoing or finished.
- Don’t pressure artist to start/ finish your commission, please refer to the waitlist to check my progress. I try my best to deliver the best work possible, therefore, depending on the size of your commission and complexity, it might take up to 3 weeks for completion.
- Some factors that determine the speed of my work, but not limited to, are : Family, health, amount of commissions in progress.. Please be patient!
- Paying for the commission means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.
- Commissioner/Artist may not share each other’s personal/contact details with third parties.
